Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipment

We do not sell, pack or dispatch any physical goods. Every product on this site — the resume builder, resume review, ATS scoring, cover letter generation, LinkedIn review and PDF exports — is delivered electronically through your HailResume account. No shipping, handling or courier charge is ever added to your order.

2. How and when your purchase is delivered

• Pro is activated on your account automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — normally within a few seconds, and in all cases within 30 minutes.
• Once activated, every Pro feature unlocks immediately for the signed-in account. Nothing else needs to be installed or downloaded.
• Razorpay emails your payment receipt to the address on your account. Your subscription status, current billing period and renewal date are always visible on your billing page.
• Documents you create — resumes, cover letters and reports — are generated on demand and are available to view or download from your account straight away.

3. Where we deliver

The Service is available worldwide, wherever you can reach the site. Customers in India are billed in Indian rupees; customers elsewhere are billed in US dollars. Prices for both are on our pricing page.

4. If your access does not activate

If your payment succeeded but Pro has not unlocked within 30 minutes, first sign out and back in — this refreshes your entitlement. If it still has not activated, email support@hailresume.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 48 hours and will either restore access or refund the charge in full under our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
