1. Who we are

HailResume is operated by FILL_ME — Registered legal name (e.g. Acme Technologies Pvt Ltd), a FILL_ME — e.g. Sole Proprietorship registered in India, with its place of business at FILL_ME — Street address, FILL_ME — Area / landmark, FILL_ME — City, FILL_ME — State, FILL_ME — PIN code, India. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity; "you" refers to the person using the Service.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• The information you give us — including your name, email and the contents of your resume — must be accurate and yours to share.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, resold or transferred.

3. What the Service does

We provide online tools that help you build and improve job application material: a resume builder with downloadable templates, and AI-assisted resume review, ATS scoring, cover letter generation and LinkedIn profile review. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves.

4. AI-generated output

Several tools use third-party large language models to analyse the text you submit and produce feedback, scores and drafts. This output is generated automatically and is offered as guidance only.

• We do not guarantee that any score, suggestion or generated document is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular job application.
• We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome from a recruiter or applicant tracking system.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing everything you send to an employer. Do not submit AI output you have not read.
• The same or similar output may be generated for other users; generated text is not represented as unique.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that impersonates another person.
• Use the Service to create knowingly false or fraudulent employment claims.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or build a competing service from our output, templates or prompts.
• Probe, overload or interfere with the Service or the infrastructure it runs on, or circumvent usage limits, paywalls or authentication.
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund where the breach is material.

6. Free plan and usage limits

The free plan includes a limited number of runs of each AI tool per rolling 30-day window, and some results are shown in preview form. Limits are described on our pricing page and may be adjusted with notice.

7. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

• Pro is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged per billing cycle until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• By subscribing you authorise us, through Razorpay, to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it. Pro access may be paused until payment succeeds.

8. Your content and our content

You keep all rights to the resumes, cover letters and other material you upload or generate. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only to operate the Service for you — for example, to render a PDF or send text to our AI provider for analysis.

Everything else — the site, software, templates, designs and branding — remains our property or that of our licensors. Resume documents you export are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercially. The templates themselves may not be redistributed or resold as templates.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including Supabase (hosting, database and authentication), Razorpay (payments), and AI model providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or acts.

10. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or change features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities, lost income, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by writing to support@hailresume.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (content ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at FILL_ME — City, FILL_ME — State have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved without escalation.
